Driver’s Ed.

I’m doing ok so far I think.. I failed the vision test the first time but I got new glasses and I passed. So I think I’m in the clear. Well the teachers are very strict and we have a sub right now. I like him kind of better than our real instructor. :/ Yeah… So that’s about it.

Dracula 2000 and Driver’s Ed.

Well I got sick.. But I watched Dracula 2000. Which has a great concept but it doesn’t work when it’s slapped onto Dracula. Gerard Butler was hot in it but that isn’t enough to redeem this movie. It’s a good time waster and the effects are great for 2000. Anyways I had driver’s ed tomorrow at the local mall but I don’t want to do it. I feel bad still and am tired. *sighs* Maybe mom will take me shopping after..

Some tips on writing

Ok so I’m going to attempt to help you all with your writing!!

A big problem that I hear about is the dreaded WRITER’S BLOCK. How do I deal with it? Well it’s simple really. I go and read over what I’ve done or worked on and try to add to it. Or I listen to music or talk to my readers.

IMPORTANT TIP: Your readers are your friends!! They are always there to suggest things!!

Ok now let’s begin!

Tip 1: Create a playlist to listen to while you write!! You can use Windows media player, iTunes, last.fm, or even YouTube!! I have posted a link to my own personal YouTube playlist as an example.

Tip 2: Treat your characters like living breathing entities. To your readers they are in a sense alive so treat them as such. But not to the point where you’re schizophrenic or psychotic.

Tip 3: Analyze the styles of different authors and create your own unique style!! My style is a sense of gothic and in a way kind of olden days.  (I hope. XD)

Tip 4: PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!! You can’t expect that the first time you put pen to paper or start clacking away on your keyboard that you’ll write a bestseller! It takes years and years of hard work and dedication to get published! But don’t let that discourage you. Just try your best and write for your own enjoyment!

Random post.

Yeah so it’s been a while. I saw VLAD a while back… I can’t determine whether it sucked or it was ok. Vlad was good looking and had a great voice but he glared too much. :/ It’s interesting how picky I get. :XD:
I also watched part of Nosferatu: Phantom der Nacht. It was ok. The Grafin was freaky looking though. :XD: I have yet to watch Dracula 2000 or Dark Prince or Underworld Evolution. Yes people I have a list. I’m pathetic. Hahaha.

So anyways…. I’m working on my stories and am hoping to start reading a book soon. I’ve had to read so many books for school it’s not even funny anymore.
